It’s a traditional Indian sweet. Famously known as Gond ke Ladoo, Atta Gond Ladoo are rich sweets made from whole-wheat flour fried in ghee and sugar, mixed with dry fruits and edible gum. These ladoos are usually eaten in the winter to ward off cold but preferred in all seasons. Gond is the Indian term for edible gum which is extracted from tree barks. It is an excellent sweet delicacy made of wheat flour, gond or gaund (mastic gum).
Can be served as a side item with other snacks.
