Following is the specific return policy for requesting return or refund for
items purchased from our website.
All products on our website labelled as Indiavorks Fulfilled are plausible for
return or refund subject to our terms for return/refund. Products which do
not label as Indiavorks fullfilled are seller or manufacturer fulfilled.
What is an eligible return request?
A product purchased from our website may be eligible for return if
• the return request is made within 48 hours from the time of delivery for
damaged or defective items (in physically damaged condition or has
missing part or accessories)
• the return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery for the
items that are different from what you ordered.
When are returns/refunds not possible?
We support and adhere to our customer queries/requests and provide you
our best possible services however, following are certain situations where
we cannot fulfil your return/refund request,
• If the item you wish to return/refund is not Indiavorks/seller fulfilled.
• If the item when sold was marked as “Non- refundable” on the product detail
page.
• If the request for return is made after the prescribed window for placing the
return request.
How will my returns refunds be processed?
Once you have requested for a return the product will be collected within
10 working days. We will initiate the refund once the package has been
received and verified. The process for initiating this takes 1-2 business
days however it may take approximately 5-7 business days to get the
